Prior Project Management (“PM”) assignments have encompassed identifying, retaining and managing third party consultants, contractors and other resources for: 

• Land Planning & Use Entitlement
• Civil engineering and stormwater planning
• Blasting, Rock/Block Wall and Grading permit apps.
• HAZMAT audits, remediation planning
• Demolition and construction permitting 
• Contractor solicitation & contract procurement

Land development's economic viability is predominately dictated by its Zoning and Design Standards. The process to Rezone and pass Comprehensive Plan Amendments requires years of participation in staff planning work-sessions, committee and council hearings, and are only successful when they can be meritoriously defended and broadly supported.

CSRA identifies a collaborative team to ensure the scope of work is defined, that draft and final documents will be expected in a timely manner and attached to administrative applications. PM will complete and file necessary permit apps. and track until issued, monitored for compliance and document satisfactory inspections.
