After the resounding success of Sunrise Ridge, CSRA was again entrusted to provide Fee Development services for Phase 2 of the PUD, which became The Highlands at Somerset Hill. The topography and sub-surface conditions of this 30-acre portion of the site were even more complex, however, another 117-lots were designed, built and completed in the summer of 2006, on-time and under-budget. This entire phase was pre-sold and acquired by Carbon River Homes as a result of their strong sales experience in Sunrise Ridge. Pre-sales at The Highlands in 2007 have pushed the envelope to more than $700,000 for some of Thurston County's most premium views and contemporary homes now under construction.
